Description

Umkhombo is a tented camp of 6 ensuite safari tents set around a shared central living area, sleeping up to 14 adults in total. Tents 1, 2, 5 and 6 each have a king bed, Tent 3 has 2 single beds, and Tent 4 is a family unit with two rooms – a king bed in one, and 2 singles plus a bunk bed in the other, sleeping 6.

The tents are private and ensuite, while the rest of the camp is communal. At its heart is a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge and a 2 plate gas stove, a boma, a dining tent and a beautiful thatched lounge/meeting room. There are several separate braai areas and a magnificent viewing deck with a unique corrugated water tank bar.

Tents can be booked individually, sharing the central facilities with other guests, or the entire camp can be booked exclusively for a single group.
